Return and Refund Policy

We’re here to help you with your return or exchange your order. We offer free returns of most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items and sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@travetude.com.
Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
