What is your Return Policy?

We’re here to help you with your return or exchange your order. We offer free returns of most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of purchase. Check out our Return Policy.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. See our Shipping Policy for the latest shipping details.

What do I do if I never received my order?

We're sorry to hear you didn't receive your order. Contact us with your order and shipping details and we'd be happy to look into it.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We are sorry that there is a defect. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If it's still early in the order process, you can get in touch with us to find out if we can make changes to your order. You can also cancel your order and place a new one with the items you want.

Why was my order canceled?

There are two possible reasons why your order was canceled. There was an issue with your payment or an item went out of stock during checkout. Not to worry. You won't be charged for your canceled order.

Why does the item say out of stock?

It's possible for an item to be in stock when you place an order but out of stock when the order processes. If this happens, we'll cancel the order and let you know by email. You won’t be charged for out of stock items.
